brought to life in an enchanting English adaptation of Rossini’s full

the Cinderella story. Cinderella is 45 minutes long, followed by
a short Q&A and sung in English by four singers, accompanied by a
pianist.

than 1.5 million young people and their families to the power and beauty

The
Big Sneeze

Lizzy is the tallest girl in her class, maybe even
the whole school. What do you do when you’re in Grade 4, you don’t fit
in, and your once best friend ignores you? You try to make yourself
invisible. You don’t draw attention to yourself, you stay very still, so
still your classmates won’t even know you’re there. Lizzy practices
being invisible every day and she’s getting pretty good at it too, until
one day right in the middle of gym class, she has the loudest,
most gigantic sneeze EVER. A sneeze so loud and so big that
Lizzy’s sneeze comes to life!
THE BIG SNEEZE, a hilarious yet poignant new play, follows the
adventures of Lizzy (aided by her VOS - Very Own Sneeze) as she
navigates the hallways of her grade school life, in all its challenges,
learning that she’s not quite as different from her peers as she
thinks.
Dealing with issues of self-esteem and peer relationships, THE BIG
SNEEZE takes audiences on a journey of self-discovery and acceptance.

Old Thomas and the Little Fairy

A
tiny little girl is discovered, injured, on the beach—suddenly, Old
Thomas' life is filled with happiness. No more grumbling, anger and
bitterness, no more yelling insults at the universe. The old man
rediscovers joy and wonder. Could this little girl be a fairy? Adapted
from the book of the same title written by Dominique Demers and
illustrated by Stéphane Poulin, Old Thomas and the Little Fairy takes an
optimistic look at the cycles of life, and introduces children to two
charming characters who take care of each other, each bringing out the
best in the other.
Poetic, impressionistic, Hélène Langevin's choreography transports us to
the seaside. From calm and reassuring to agitated and even quite angry,
the water is an echo of Old Thomas' emotions, bringing transformation
and change.
Old
Thomas and the Little Fairy invites us to enter into a world of emotions
where renewal is possible. Just like in the story by Dominique Demers,
the choreography leaves a lot to our imagination, and gives the children
room for interpretation. More than an adaptation, the piece is a
re-creation in which dance and its capacity for stimulation have free
rein.
