The
17th Annual Bite of Nanaimo was held
September 25th, 4-9 pm at The Beban Park Auditorium.
TheatreOne gives
standing ovation to all Bite of Nanaimo Participants
NANAIMO, BC
– TheatreOne’s biggest fundraiser, The17th Annual Bite of Nanaimo, held this
past Friday, September 25 at Beban Park, was a tasty triumph! The Bite sold out
early this year helping TheatreOne raise extra revenue to support their
Mainstage productions in March & April 2010, shows to be announced soon.
A huge
thank you to the event sponsors, Investor’s Group, Country Grocer & ‘A’ British
Columbia, especially the wonderful event emcees, Bruce Williams & Amanda Wilson;
to Avalon Cinema for sponsoring the Bite of Nanaimo poster, Envirocore for their
commitment to & sponsorship of our composting initiative. Thanks to the Nanaimo
Daily News for sponsoring a full page ad, and thanks to all the media sponsors
for supporting TheatreOne - ‘A’ British Columbia, Radio Malaspina CHLY, Island

TheatreOne

diverse & high quality establishments. The amount of time, hard work &
dedication the restaurants contribute to The Bite of Nanaimo is what makes this
